This year's Exhibit Hall is located on the Westin’s 2nd Floor outside of the Grand Ballroom. Featured in this year's Exhibit Hall is the Bigs of the Year Booth and over 20 other partners and national vendors, available on June 24-27. The ZEN Juice Bar Suite, located in the Stonewall Boardroom, will have juices and coffee from June 26 - 28. June 26: Harvey B. Gantt – DEI Summit Reception Centene and Carolina Complete Health will be hosting an ALL-ATTENDEE reception on the evening of June 26^th to cap off our Diversity Equity and Inclusion Summit at the Harvey B. Gantt Center for African- American Arts + Culture.  The Gantt celebrates the contributions of Africans and African- Americans to American culture and serves as a community epicenter for music, dance, theater, visual art, film, arts education programs, literature and community outreach. Across the street from the Westin, all staff are welcomed to enjoy an evening full of food, beverages, and live entertainment.  Thanks to the staff helping with being human directional, greeters and hosts for the night of this special event.

June 27 - Awards Gala (5:30PM Reception and 6:30PM Gala) If you are attending this year's National Awards Gala presented by Comcast NBCUniversal on Thursday, June 27, you will receive a ticket and one complimentary drink coupon. The attire for the Gala is business formal/cocktail. Seating is general seating for the exception of Award Winners, Corporate Partners, Speakers, and Conference Sponsors.

Nursing moms can collect a key from the Conference Registration desk in the Stonewall Foyer for the Nursing Mom’s room.
